Presidential system of government is better than Parliamentary, as it promotes firm decision-making. Discuss.

Large countries often need decisive governments. A Parliamentary system can slow things down, if the government doesn't enjoy substantial majority in the House. But a Presidential form can push things quickly, and help the nation achieve its strategic goals.
