Digital and virtual courts became a reality in the pandemic. Do you find them better, more useful and relevant? Or are there some problems? Analyse and discuss.

It was good to see the Indian judiciary evolve, and accept virtual courts system, to ensure continuity in justice delivery. But with time, many issues emerged, and questions were raised about some fundamental aspects of the process. Going forward, Courts have the choice of either remaining physical only, or going digital, or adopting a hybrid model. Comment.
